If it's the Daily Caller, ask yourself what they aren't telling you.

This puts the burden on feds to determine if a ballot is illegally
cast. And with potentially millions of ballots requiring investigation....they'll never get it done before Az. certifies the
    results.

Oh, no. Statewide results might be affected by the fewer than 20k voters
on the federal list, voters who are mostly college students and or unhoused.

    https://www.azmirror.com/blog/few-voters-use-federal-only-ballots/

2018: "According to the Secretary of State’s Office, 1,712 people voted
using ballots that only had federal races. Of those voters, 899 were
registered Democrats, 255 were Republicans and 558 were registered as independents or minor parties."

But that's been the plan all along.

A plan that requires an Arizona Republican supported referendum in 2004
and a Scalia Supreme Court ruling to create a two-tiered registration
    system.

No Republican-backed referendum, no special category to misinterpret. Of course, like most professed concerns about voter fraud, it's a solution
    for a non-problem:

"Across 42 jurisdictions, election officials who oversaw the tabulation
of 23.5 million votes in the 2016 general election referred only an
estimated 30 incidents of suspected noncitizen voting for further
investigation or prosecution. In other words, improper noncitizen votes accounted for 0.0001 percent of the 2016 votes in those jurisdictions."

    Exactly. Just like 2020.

When about 6,000 federal only ballots were cast. Of course, you haven't
proven any connection to illegal immigrants and the "loophole" is the
standard the rest of the country votes under.

In the stuff you snipped, it was shown these voters were somewhat evenly
split between Democratic and non-Democratic (Republican + independent)
so no matter how strenuously you imply otherwise, this category is not a monolithic one supporting Democratics and composed of illegal immigrants.
