    Sponsors love it, exposure good or bad is still exposure. It's
    entertainment and any news just gets more eyes and ears on it. Just
    trying to compete for more attention from the ADHD world.

    Then these penalties are largely useless and have no effect on the week to week racing.

    Either start really enforcing these penalties -- including parking all the Hendrick cars for next week and the others as well, including the intentional wreck -- or don't expect anyone to follow your rules.
