Border Patrol sector stops hundreds of Chinese illegal immigrants in
just two days as numbers soar
There has been more than a 6,000% increase in encounters of Chinese
nationals at the border in the last few years

Chinese launderers working with Mexican cartels: officials
Chinese money laundering launderers enable Mexican cartels’ "unlawful agenda," a Drug Enforcement Administration official testified Tuesday.

One Border Patrol Sector has seen over two hundred Chinese migrants on
two separate days this week, which by itself outpaces the entire number
of total Chinese migrants encountered in Fiscal Year 2021.

A Customs and Border Protection (CBP) source told Fox News that on May 1
and May 2, Border Patrol’s San Diego Sector apprehended over 200 Chinese nationals each day.

On Thursday, agents encountered 223 migrants, after encountering 262 on Wednesday.

That means that more Chinese illegal immigrants crossed illegally into
the sector in two days than across the entire southern border in all of
FY 21, – where 342 migrants were encountered.

Numbers have increased dramatically since FY 21. There were 1,970
encounters in FY 2022, over 24,000 in FY 2023 and so far there have been
over 24,200 encounters so far this fiscal year.

Fox News reported last month that the number of Chinese nationals
entering illegally has surged by over 6,300% since FY 2021.

Some migrants previously told Fox News that they are seeking a better
    life in the United States.

"My English is not very good, and I don't know anyone in the United
States," one migrant said in March. "Once I get to the United States, I
know I have to start all over again. But I want to live a good life in
the future, and I want my children to be educated well. I strive to take
root in the United States as soon as possible."

But some lawmakers have raised concerns about potential espionage by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the movement of fentanyl into the U.S.
    – which is often created in Mexico using Chinese precursors and then
    smuggled across the land border.

SPIKE IN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS FROM THIS US ADVERSARY BLOWS LID OFF
    PREVIOUS YEAR'S RECORD

"There have been numerous documented instances of Chinese nationals, at
the direction of the CCP, engaging in espionage, stealing military and
economic secrets," lawmakers, led by Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., said
    last year.

Earlier this year, a Chinese illegal immigrant was detained in
California after entering a Marine Corps base without authorization and ignoring orders to leave. In response to that incident, CBP has stressed
that there will be consequences for those who enter the U.S. illegally, including those from China.

"DHS continues to enforce United States immigration laws, expanding
lawful pathways while strengthening enforcement consequences for those
who cross our border unlawfully," the agency said.

"Individuals and families without a legal basis to remain in the U.S.
are subject to removal pursuant to Title 8 authorities and are subject
to a minimum five-year bar on reapplying for admission and potential
criminal prosecution if they subsequently re-enter without authorization."

However, the overwhelming majority of the Chinese are mass released as
China is not cooperative with deportation flights from the U.S.

At a recent House Appropriations Committee hearing, acting ICE Director
Patrick Lechleitner was asked by Rep. John Rutherford, R-Fla., to
identify the top countries that are the most difficult to send back
their nationals who are being deported from the U.S.

"We've got Bhutan, top of the list there, Cambodia, they've been
challenging, the People’s Republic of China, although we’ve had some
recent cautiously optimistic progress with the Chinese, so I want to say
it’s moving in the right direction there."

He also said that ICE is working with both other DHS agencies and the
State Department in trying to rectify recalcitrant countries, but he
noted that "it’s not an easy issue for them either," given other
    factors, including geopolitical issues.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas recently told lawmakers in the House
that there had recently been one deportation flight to China after he
had spoken to officials in the communist country.

Soon the Chinese will have enough soldiers in the U.S. to easily take
over two or three military installation when necessary.

Although this administration would likely disagree, it is hard to accept
that these numbers are coincidental. The better explanation is an
    orchestrated plan.

Border Patrol sector stops hundreds of Chinese illegal immigrants

    so they did not invade

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/chinese-illegal-immigration-pace-break-records-us-southern-border

A dramatic increase in Chinese illegal immigration is on track to break records at the southern border, with apprehensions from the communist country in one sector alone already eclipsing fiscal 2021 in just a few days.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sources tell Fox News that between Saturday and Monday there were 452 Chinese nationals apprehended by Border Patrol in the San Diego Sector alone.

That’s more than the 450 apprehended in fiscal 2021 altogether across the entire southwest border.

The number of Chinese nationals has been increasing since fiscal 2021.
In fiscal 2022, numbers increased to more than 2,000 border-wide. In
fiscal 2023, that number then surged to more than 24,314.

So far in fiscal 2024, which began in October, there have been more than 18,750 encounters by the end of January, meaning that the fiscal year is already on track to exceed last year’s numbers. There were nearly 6,000 encounters in December alone.

The increase in migration from China is an indicator of how global the U.S. border crisis has become. Officials previously said they have encountered migrants from more than 150 countries. Fox News witnessed migrants from countries including Brazil,
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ecuador and China crossing into the U.S. at San Diego this week.

Chinese nationals have quickly become the fastest-growing demographic
entering the country illegally. Some officials and Republican lawmakers
have raised concerns that single adults entering from the geopolitical
rival could pose a national security threat.

    Visa Overstays
While the government grants over a million green cards each year that provide permanent residence status, most visas issued are temporary in nature (i.e. nonimmigrant visas) and specify a period of time the alien may stay in the United States. For
example, typical tourist or business visas (B1/B2 visa) permit aliens to stay in the U.S. no longer than six months in a given year. If an alien stays beyond that period, he or she falls “out of status.”

Unfortunately, a sizeable portion of illegal aliens in the U.S. consists of aliens overstaying their visas. While estimates have varied over the years, recent numbers suggest that visa overstays account for as much as 40 percent of the illegal alien
population. According to the most recent data provided by the Department of Homeland Security, in Fiscal Year 2022, nearly 854,000 nonimmigrant visitors violated the terms of their visas and overstayed in the United States.[1] Over the past four years,
the total rate of visa overstays (as a proportion of those expected to depart) has increased, up from 1.21 percent in Fiscal Year 2019 to 3.67 percent in Fiscal Year 2022.[2]

In addition to visa overstayers, aliens who do not require a visa or arrive from Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries also overstay the allowed time. VWP nationals visiting the U.S. on business or pleasure in Fiscal Year 2022 accounted for nearly 100,000
    overstays.

Size and Cost of Illegal Alien Population
FAIR estimates that at least 16.8 million illegal aliens resided in the
United States as of June 2023.[3] Illegal aliens impose significant
costs on U.S. taxpayers – ranging from shelter, health care,
educational benefits, welfare and tax credits, and incarceration costs.
At the start of 2023, the net cost of illegal immigration for United
States taxpayers – at the federal, state, and local levels – was at
    least $150.7 billion.[4]

    Fast Facts
There are at least 16.8 million illegal aliens in the United States as of the beginning of 2023.[5]
In Fiscal Year 2023, a record 3.2 million encounters with illegal aliens were recorded at America’s borders.
The majority of illegal aliens are from Latin and Central America. The most commonly encountered nations of origin for illegal immigrants encountered in Fiscal Year 2023 included Mexico, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras and Cuba.
Between Fiscal Year 2022-2023, there was a 60 percent increase in illegal aliens encountered in family units.
In Fiscal Year 2023 alone, nearly 138,000 unaccompanied children were encountered at our borders. That is an average of 378 per day.
In Fiscal Year 2022, there were 853,955 overstays, at a rate of 3.67 percent of all visitors.
For nonimmigrants who entered on a student or exchange visitor visa (F, M, or J visa) in Fiscal Year 2022, the overstay rate was 3.5 percent. More than 9,000 Chinese nonimmigrants overstayed, accounting for more than 16% of all student and exchange
    overstays reported.
Illegal migration costs the American taxpayer approximately $182.1
billion annually as of the beginning of 2023. Illegal aliens only
contribute around $31.4 billion in taxes at the state and federal
levels, meaning that illegal immigration costs American taxpayers a net
of at least $150.7 billion annually.[6]
