A bunch of guys on rec.bicycles.tech are arguing, in essence, that
mobility scooters are shoes. I wish I had time to join in.

If it has a motor or engine and two wheels in tandem, it's a
motorcycle. Punkt. End of Story. No discussion possible.

Not all motorcycles are Harleys.
