    I read both and have no idea what actually happened.


    It wasn't a homicide, and it isn't a mystery. I've followed this story
    since it first appeared a year ago. All the regular bicycle racing news
    outlets carried it rather extensively, as did the many of the bike
    racing podcasts.

    There are slightly varying accounts. What's known is that they had a
    fight, Dennis got into his truck took off in a rage, hitting his wife
    and killing her. I've heard some accounts stating he didn't realize he
    hit her.

    In any case, there's no evidence that it was intentional, and the
    Australian justice system seems content with it being an accident as the
    result of reckless behaviour.
