One problem with such a list is that for some people, it lowers the

There is a length of road here where they did experiment with bike lanes. Rather than build the bike lane outside of the parking spots, they put the parking spots further out into the road and put the bike lane against the curb. No one uses it for that
reason since the curb lane gathers all of the broken glass and we have a LOT of that in a state where 1/3rd of the population are illegal aliens.
