I'm a (mostly*) law-abiding citizen so I'm ready to point
out that I am in compliance during a possible traffic stop.
People who do armed carjackings or drive-by attacks on
rivals do not comply with transport laws nor all the other
firearms statutes.
*No one is 100%, but I am sorta 'mostly'.

This is California and they only allow murderers to carry loaded guns around. Even cops have to qualify at a gun range once a year to be allowed to carry a gun to protect the public. And then murderers are given no cash bail.
