    Yup he was charged with carrying a concealed weapon so it appears that
    the proper method of carrying a big knife , or a gun, is right out in
    front of everyone :-)

    His weapon crime was that he was a felon and cannot have any weapon.
    In Florida, carrying a weapon must almost always be concealed.
