Which will be a headache for riders using SRAM as their cassettes have a
    10t sprocket.

I?d say they need to think again.

They are not disallowing a 10 tooth cassette gear but an overall gear. A 10 tooth cog and 56 tooth ring make a bike that under the correct conditions can ride at over 50 mph and a bicycle is not capable of doing speeds like that safely. A rider falling
off at that speed is like being hit by a car. Do you think that there is any innovation that will make a bicycle safer at those speeds?

We see crashes in the peloton all of the time but close observations show very few of them are at the 25 mph speeds that present bikes are desgned to do. Doubling that speed, even if only for TT's is probably not a good idea.

I don't know. I can't find any information about that fork spacing. That said, this ruling also by definition limits hub spacing, which I don't

I assume that you have had speed wobbles before. New bikes are usually designed not to do this but when I was really tearing up the road (going around a mild turn at 50 on a downhill, my C40 actually steered itself off of the road! There is no way my
DeRosa or Time would do this but the search for aerodynamics is making it more and more likely. Ultrawide forks for instance. Hope you're recovering well. I have to have someone that rides a bike to argue with.
