    fires"

    interesting takeaways from that:
    - they were out at 2:30 AM looking for scooters to steal, with their
    kids in the van.
    - The playground they set on fire was made of materials flammable enough
to cause $10M in damage to a highway overpass, comforting.....

I knew about this before, and was informed of the update
    today listening to Cincinnati radio.

It seems that the area under viaducts is commonly used for
storage of various road repair materials, barricades, heavy
equipment parking and the like. In this case, a rec area as
    in this pre-fire photo:

As an aside, that bridge project has been snakebit since its
inception, suffering between engineering and public finance:

Something seriously wrong. Either someone deported all the
police and building/safety inspectors(civil servants) and neutered any
public psychiatric services or the governor should be impeached for
    not protecting his electorate.
Without a State, it's not IF it will happen, it's WHEN will it
    happen?

With relatives in Ohio, I've driven through Cincinnatti too many times
and more to come. It's my least favorite part of that trip, which also
    includes Atlanta.
