    Since I had a Dental Appointment this morning, Monday I did a ride up Cull Canyon again. The Valley Spokesmen where there as I neared the top. Everyone as they shot past had to ask "Are you OK?" Actually I was going a little faster than normal to the
    point that I lost track of where I was and arrived at the top before expecting it. There were somewhere betweenh 15 and 20. I would wonder why 20-30 somethings were not working but according to Liebermann, that is perfectly normal. And he is the expert,
    isn't he Roger?

    I let them leave before following and they descended disappeared in a whiff.

    I got to the foot of Fairmont Hill and stopped to let my heard rate go down but after 2 minutes it had only dropped to 109, so I continued up the hill. Though I didn't need to stop like last week. My average heart rate for the ride was 119 and max HR was
    149.
