One of the group couldn't ride tomorrow so he wanted to ride today and I gave him some company. This puts me at 54 miles before tomorrows ride.With any luck I wil have 500 miles this month and I can kick the routes up a notch so that I am ptting in 40
miole rides rather than 25-30 mile rides.
I bought some pills that were supposed to make you lose weight. Of course this is silly and I didn't expect it to work, But it actually seems to be working. I can put on my socks now without straining and ever so slowly I am losing weight without
changing my eating pattens.
I also bought some pills that are supposed to core prostate problems permanently and they worked. So I dot like I was 50.
I used to put on weight overf the winter and it would take me until mid-July to wear it off climbing thousands of feet before I would hit my sweet spot and be able to ride with the fast guys.
I can't do that now and I don't think I can ride with you guys anymore. But in the old farts group I can either keep up with them or barring that I can outclimb them. If I can get my weight down to normal, I can try the north side of Palomares again. I
want to get my straining down to the point where I don't threaten a heart attack or another stroke, I used to have little trouble going over the top. Then the extra weight occurred.
