    Berm peak ie Seth having a rant sounds to be well founded one, about the
    mess of laws for E bikes in the US mainly the throttle ones, which really
    are mopeds I’m with him and my uncomfortableness with the Bike vans!

    It by all accounts is rather better here, still do see them used but fundamentally they aren’t legal so advertising themselves to the police, isn’t wise as the uk law is clearer.

    Aside from being a bit long and repetitive, he covers
    important issues well and I found no disagreement with him.

    In addition, we've seen in my state a regular increase in
    deaths of 12, 13, 14 year olds on electric offroad machines
    (2, 3, 4 wheels). They have way too much power for young
    pilot's judgement and skills, sadly. As the e-bike-plus
    machines are marketed to younger riders, expect the same
    tragedies.
