I will correct that "official" Time of Death was 11:00pm on September 4th. The rescue was very unorganized and because of the Ian Jenkinson fatality in nearly the same foot entrapment, the effort should have been plotted and thought out 3 years before.
I am not certain that any rescue attempt could have saved Jason, but I hope that any knowledge gained from this has saved other lives.
