I'm concerned that NASA is getting sloppy with pre-launch testing and preparation. In fairness it's a brand new launch vehicle but the problems detected so far seem mundane.

shuttle engines and I imagine there is a lot of shuttle technology in
the SRBs. NASA has been launching rockets since the 50s but it is the government so I don't expect them to be as efficient as Elon Musk.
