I've seen them around. Seems they must come bare, and people paint them. Someone has one nearby and it's a very colorful red-white "Paint horse".
The others I've seen are mostly solid colored.
Now I know why you said it's stiff.
I thought that was an "odd" comment. :)
I have a life size BUTTERSCOTCH pony. Those were the furry toys made by Hasbro some years ago. They are robotic and are quite amazing.
