    Even without cooties, in most schoolyards, the girls will play
    balance & coordination games (hopscotch, skip rope, &c) while the boys
    play physical speed & strength games (ball games, 'play'-fights &c).

    I believe you when you say you & 3 boys hung together a lot. Did you
    also play games with more minor aquaintences? Did you play ball,
    or did Dave, Tom, & Gordy skip rope, or did you only join in with other
    lids for less gender-segregated games, such as tag, Simon says, &c?

    We played ball and war and stuff at home. At school, we played
    tag and such. My rope-skipping skills were not impressive.

    Dave, I don't know about guys but it's not common for girls to do that.
    It's mre of a guy's fantasy to think that.
