My wife is on a minor baking binge. She made banana cookies today. There
are plenty of recipes on the Net. No vanilla, and I had her add walnuts

She says they remind her of banana bread. I haven't tried any yet. I
love banana bread, so what could go wrong?
    There were thirty-four in total.

My daughter brought some fancy, expensive, cookies. It's not really my
cup of tea but it is the local fad of the hour. I'm eating a banana
caramel cookie. I'd rather have banana bread.

I tried them. I'll finish them. They taste remarkably like banana
bread without the deep brown color.
She chucked them in ziplocks when they were a little warm, and they're
a bit sticky, but I'll promote her desire to make them again. :)
