My wife is on a minor baking binge. She made banana cookies today. There
are plenty of recipes on the Net. No vanilla, and I had her add walnuts
to mine. That way, I get half of them, no matter what.
She says they remind her of banana bread. I haven't tried any yet. I
love banana bread, so what could go wrong?

My daughter brought some fancy, expensive, cookies. It's not really my
cup of tea but it is the local fad of the hour. I'm eating a banana
caramel cookie. I'd rather have banana bread.
