I'm wondering how flood of sins chicken cacciatore

are you feasting on this first Saturday of spring
in the northern hemisphere?
I did finally get into the kitchen this afternoon
and put my chuck roast into the Ninja Foodi for
tonight's meal. It got a good browning before
adding a beefy liquid and several spices to the
pot and it has about 30 minutes left before plating.
My chuck roast is large enough for at least two
more meals. Yes, that means there will be those
dreaded leftovers that sends a certain poster here
into a frenzied tailspin.

use corn oil to pan fry the fish. Sliced steamed zucchini will go with
it. I thought about coating & frying the zucchini (I do love it that
way) but figured that would be overkill on the fried food for one meal.

You should evict that guy from your head!
Nothing wrong with chuck roast, and sometimes the leftovers can be
better than the first meal. Sure good enough for me.

Elon Musk says 'I’ve had enough'—promises to sue over Jamaal Bowman CNN segment calling him a Nazi
https://thepostmillennial.com/elon-musk-says-ive-had-enough-promises-to-sue-over-jamaal-bowman-cnn-segment-calling-him-a-nazi
"Elon Musk has said that he will be suing over a Jamaal Bowman segment
on CNN after the former US House member said he was a "Nazi" and a
"thief..."
Bowman also called Musk "incompetent" in the segment surrounding DOGE
and Musk's activities in the federal government...
Bowman, who served two years in Congress but was then voted out of
office in New York's 16th District after moderate Democrat George
Latimer won the seat, told a panel on CNN that Musk is "incompetent" and
then cited court decisions ruling that the Trump administration was
ordered by courts to rehire federal workers that were fired...
The Post Millennial's Andy Ngo wrote, "Accusing people of crimes is not protected opinion. CNN is putting itself at risk of liability for
bringing on guests who repeat potentially defamatory claims
unchallenged..."

Murgh makhni is Afghani for dead chicken?

It's Hindi for "chicken in butter or cream sauce", as your artificial
friend would have told you if your purpose were not merely snarking.

My husband prefers it with chicken. I might try adding a little
paneer for myself next time I make it. I've also done dal makhni.

I don't mind the maple syrup getting into the bacon, but not the eggs.
If I have pancakes on a plate with eggs and bacon I eat the eggs before
the syrup goes on. Eggs and syrup in not a good combination IMO.
