    JELLIED BEEF TONGUE WITH GELATIN

    Jellied beef tongue with gelatin takes a long time to prepare, but it is quite simple.

    my step-father (FATHER, who RAISED ME) he made me try it.

    mom made it once, when i was a tiny little girl, and i thought it was so disgusting, i almost barfed.

    she also made a ham once, for new year's eve, but that's another story, for another time. i was 6 years old.

    let's just put it this way. she never made one again.
