today i went out to scope things out in the fenced gardens
and take a few quick pictures of things. garlic is doing ok.
on the way out i noticed a few mild bunching onions (Tokyo)
growing in the pathway and brought those in to go with
    brunch.

first i started out by cleaning onions and then dicing them
added a little water microwaved for 30 seconds. then added
two slices cut up blackforest ham, went another 30 seconds,
sliced colby jack cheese on top after taking out of microwave
(did not want the cheese to melt so did not put back in the
microwave) and then sprinkled a few drops of mushroom flavored
    soy sauce.

badabing. a lot more salt than i would normally have in
any meal, but it was good flavor underneath all that salt
and it didn't distract me so much as a previously written
thread where i moaned about too much black pepper and also
    too much salt.

prep and cook time was only a few minutes, eating was enjoyed
but not slow as i had a lot to get done, dishes done and dried
and put away. total time was probably about 12-15 minutes (not
counting the picking of the onions and walking up the path -
for that you'd have to add another 5 minutes but since i was
out there to take pics anyways it wasn't really time spent on
    the meal).
