    How about when Obama and Europe refused to arm Ukraine after the 2014
    invasion and the Europeans built Nordstream 2?

    How about, while Russia was being lightly sanctioned for the 2014 Crimea invasion, Obama chose to partner with Russia in Syria and invited Russia
    to take a bigger role there?

    And the US just had an election - with one party making Ukraine a big
    issue, the other wishing to disengage...

    I don't care about Ukraine. I have no desire to overthrow the government

    I am fine with committing to never admitting Ukraine to NATO. We would
    be crazy for us to provide any "security guarantees" to Ukraine...

    That is because you are a normal, decent human being.
    What concerns me is his military record. He was a Marine journalist. In
    my mind that translate to someone who is trained to deliver propaganda, reporting only what the military and the government want you to think. A
    prime example would be Jessica Lynch who was "rescued" in a special
    military raid that recorded and broadcast as if it were an actual raid
    and followed up by a story about how she had fought off her attackers
    and was then captured and abused by the Iraqis. It turned out to be all bullshit. Her convoy had got lost and bumbled into an Iraqi position.
    She was thrown out of her truck and was found by the Iraqis who did
    everything they could for her but they were low on supplies and had
    contracted the Americans to come and get her. That, my friends, is
    military journalism.... the truth, the whole truth and nothing like the
    truth.

    It was a surprise to me when she said that pending war plans/attack
    schedules were not classified. It's against Samoan culture to tell a lie
    - at least, I've never seen a Samoan speak deceptively. It's a shameful
    thing that she's done and it'll take her a while to right herself with
    the Samoan community - at least to the Samoans that understand what
    classified information/security clearances are.

    My parents had security clearances with the military. They never talked
    about what they did. My wife's dad never talked about what he did.
    That's the way it's supposed to work. If my parents or my father-in-law
    called their friends and spilled the beans/bragged about what they were
    doing, they would have suffered severe consequences.

    You can bet that intelligence agencies around the world are aware of
    these idiots and are taking advantage of the situation. Contrary to what
    the hypnotized MAGA minions believe, America is not stronger or great at
    the moment. We've never been weaker or more vulnerable to attack from China/Russia.
