  • Thursday night supper

    Take out lasagna. There is an Italian take out place in town that has a
    great Thursday night senior's special... $10 no tax. It varies from
    week to week. They will heat it up for you or you can take it home and
    heat it in a 325 oven for 25-30 minutes. This is only the fourth time I
    have done it and they have all been amazing. The first one was eggplant Parmesan, second one was lasagna, the next was stuffed shells and
    tonight was lasagna again. It was amazing, even better than the lasagna
    I had had.

    It was a pimento cheese sandwich here and a banana.
