outside, but that in the flat one, two internal layers had probably
come apart due to age, which caused the flat tyre. And to replace them

my mother had to give up driving and I bought her car there were only
about 25,000 miles it and the tires appeared to be in good shape. They
were crack free and had lots of tread but were about 7-8 years old.

Before I had a day off to take it for repair it got worse. It turned out
they had thrown belts.
