We just had a lunch consisting of rice, zucchini, onion, home made
Carolina reaper powder and vegetarian chorizo. The chorizo tasted
great, just like the dead animal version! I haven't dared look at the ingredients yet, but "animal abuse" won't be in the list.

I like my chorizo with pork salivary glands and lymph nodes. Now that's
good eatin'!
