• What the FROG!

From Ed P@21:1/5 to All on Sat Jun 7 19:13:18 2025
My great grandson, nearing 3 years old, was in the car with his parents.
A car cut dad off and almost hit him. Dad, reactively, mumbled "what
the FU*K" so, GGrandson repeated: "what the FU*K"

Quick thinking, they corrected and told him what dad said was "what the
frog" Yeah, a lot of people say that!

It's a good thing to lie to young children. It helps them remember in
    their later years.

If you were SIMPLY honest with them, they wouldn't understand that.

The Bible consistently condemns lying, viewing it as an abomination to
    God....

Several verses explicitly state that God detests lying lips and those
who tell lies, while delighting in truth and trustworthiness...

    Proverbs 26:28:

"A lying tongue hates its victims, and a flattering mouth works ruin".

"Ananias and Sapphira lied to the Holy Spirit about the sale of their

    So technically not lying because

    believes everything that he says.

It's okay, Hank. He took an oath of obstinence.

Have you ever grown peas? Give them something to climb, and they’ll
    stretch to the heavens...

Have you ever shelled peas? It is an almost criminal misuse of time. I
set a timer on my phone last year. It took me 13 minutes to shell a
    single serving...

Meanwhile, a two-pound bag of frozen peas from Walmart costs $2.42. And
    the peas come shelled...
