• Fat discrimination

I m getting sick and tired of fat discrimination. Yesterday evening I
went shopping for some items at Whole Foods. The comments, snide
remarks, and animal noises an obese person has to endure are
disgraceful. I expect such cruelly and stupidity from teenagers but
lately that behavior has extended to people of all ages. While walking
down the snack aisle, a middle age man about 45 and an elderly woman
who had to be approaching 80 both started making cow and pig noises
every time I picked up an item and placed it in my basket. They were
laughing like school kids after each "moo" or "oink". Of course then
there are the stares you get from the cashier with each of your
purchases. The worst indignity of all was while I was waiting on line
to pay for my groceries, a very foul odor filled the air. Naturally,
all eyes were on me. (Normally I'd take credit for a ripe fart but it
wasn't me). Why do people treat fat women in particular so cruelly? If
any of you been guilty of that I hope next time you encounter such a
situation you act with more maturity and couth.

A tough day for you. I'm just wondering ... How much do you weigh?

Some people think they are fat a 150 lbs. Some don't feel that until
they get to 1/4 ton. Can you walk without assistance or machines for
    50 feet?

And, are you sure they didn't attack you simply because you are an
outspoken and proud jew? There's lots of that anti semite stuff these
days, according to trump. If so, you could report them and they'd be
    deported pretty soon.

In most cases, obesity is by choice. There are some medical
conditions, thyroid issues for example, that may result in weight
issues. But they are the minority.
If you find you're having problems with your obesity, you may
    find losing weight a benefit.

Food addiction is the most difficult addiction of all to conquer.
Every other addiction (eg. gambling, alcohol, drugs) the solution is
total abstinence. The belief is the first one sets off a chain
reaction. One must eat, there no abstinence. Eating 'responsibly'
requires much will power, which no addict possesses. It's a myth that
fat people are jolly, we're not; we're miserable in spite of any phony
cheerful posturing some ladies perform. Don't make our lives any worse
    with stupid remarks, please.

What about total abstinence of carbs? Talk to Bryan. He only eats
    discounted ALDI fish and chicken.

It is fortunate that I didn't make any stupid remarks.
There are many high volume, low calorie diets. Try one.
