Mostly, calling meat "Anus Beef" won't go over well with American

South Korean conglomerate Hyundai on Monday announced a roughly $21

Hyundai’s announcement comes as major international conglomerates are

tariff deadline. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. and Japan’s
SoftBank are among the major foreign players that have visited the White

Hyundai Motor CEO José Muñoz recently told Axios that the “the best way

I saw a piece about Wagyu beef in the UK. They store Wagyu bull semen, inseminate their non-Wagyu cows with it and call the meat from the
offspring Wagyu beef. Apparently, this is a worldwide practice,

I wondered where our cattle industry sold those. I hope their profits
    aren't affected by tariffs!

Trump was going to make hundreds of tariff deals with other countries.

He can't stick with any of them long enough to happen.
He announces changes in his tariffs almost daily.

He's like a child with too much candy.

    90 deals in 90 days.

Last I checked it was only 2 so far.

Trump has redefined "deal" to "I sent a misspelled letter informing
some foreign nation how much additional tax Americans will pay for
    products from your country".

And Trump now wants to put extra high tariffs on Brazil if they don't
leave Bolsonaro in peace. Is he losing the plot or did he never have
    one?

If Bolsonaro is prosecuted, someone might get the same idea about Trump.
Oh, I see Bolonaro's son has been lobbying. Trump generally goes with
the last person who spoke to him.

I'm quite confident the founding fathers never expected a president
who would extort another country for personal gain. At least, not
without Congress trying him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

No. It's outrageous interference in an other country's affairs.

Eventually, ALL countries will belong to trump.

Maybe. Right now, he seems most intent on his Big Beautiful tariffs and dismantling the rest of the country, plus migrants and a few revenge
    attacks here and there.

    marketing history.

Nonsense. Angus Beef is a native breed of cattle that
originated in Scotland long before the USA branded itself
    the USA.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aberdeen_Angus

He's not wrong about Angus beef in the U.S. It might not be
from purebred Angus cattle. It probably was raised with the
crappy husbandry methods common in the U.S.

I saw a piece about Wagyu beef in the UK. They store Wagyu bull semen, inseminate their non-Wagyu cows with it and call the meat from the
offspring Wagyu beef. Apparently, this is a worldwide practice,
    outside of Japan.

My dad went to Japan in 1964. He told us about pampered cattle being fed
a special diet with beer and given daily massages. It seemed like he was telling highly unlikely tall tales about Kobe beef but he was not. These
days, it's the meat producers that are telling unlikely tall tales about Kobe/Wagyu beef. OTOH, the Aussies just say "screw it" and inject beef
with fat-like material. It's the new Wagyu.
