Lunch was hot and sour soup, Szechuan tofu, crab rangoon, and
    white rice.

I could eat that. I am still thinking about how good our Thai soups
were last night. I was telling a friend about it this afternoon. She
lives across the street from that restaurant and has never tried them.
After I told her about the soup we was determined to check it out.

    You talking Ebonics now?

Probably just a grilled cheese sandwich. I do have pepper jack cheese
to add to the cheddar to give it a different twist than just the regular grilled cheese. But no, I will not be making it in the air fryer. I
tried making grilled cheese once in my little air fryer but it simply
did not turn out as well as one done with butter melted into oil on the
stove top in a skillet. YMMV.

I had no breakfast, so I decided to hush this growling stomach
with an early burger. Bryan will have a hissy fit running
backwards, twice no less because I cooked more than one in the
air fryer. The second fit will be because I cooked a couple
extra burgers, one for later tonight, and one for Thursday.
    No cheese, though.

Seems Bryan has hissy fits about a lot of things. He posts about him
and his nephew not watching football due to brain injuries. I don't
watch football because I don't find it interesting. I do wonder
sometimes if he has a brain injury.

I'll be cooking a burger tomorrow or Friday. It may or may not be a cheeseburger. It may or may not be served with potato chips, but they definitely won't be Ruffle's ridged potato chips.

Great news! We all rejoice when your Majesty cooks a burger. It doesn't
happen often since one hamburger feeds your highness for a month.

I'll probably be cooking burgers tomorrow, if I get around to baking
    hamburger buns this afternoon.

We had Marie Callender's "Sweet and Sour Chicken" for the first time.
It was good enough to buy again today. We ended up with two forks to
    wash.

I really like mary callendar's chicken pot Pies. I buy the large size.

After the rave reviews of grilled cheese in the air fryer, on RFC, I
tried it. It was okay, but not as good as grilled cheese done in a
cast iron skillet. Since my opinion was clerly at odds with the air
fryer afficionados, figured I'm wrong and better keep my mouth shut.
Will try an air fryer grilled cheese again, searching for the perfect time/temp. But when I'm jonesing for a grilled cheese . . . hello
    cast iron!

Agreed! Air fried grilled cheese sandwiches just don't taste as good as
the ones cooked in a skillet on the stove top. :)
