There seem to be a lot of these old posts being resurrected recently.
Having said that, when I can compile the source code back to the
same filesize / hashsum as the currently live version then I'll take
GNUDung as being honest.
And this reminded me of an old question I had about whether som
bots' (namely XG's) trial versions and licences versions played the
same. The quickest way to check would be to compare the hash
values of the EXE files.
I have 5 different XG installers.
v1.21.#.# filesize 14,306,328
v2.03.#.# filesize 21,487,456
v2.10.#.# filesize 24,257,192
v2.10.#.# filesize 24,260,256
v2.19.#.# filesize 27,356,088
I can't tell the minor numbers without installing. Could anyone who
has licensed versions corresponding to any of these (preferred order
from lates to oldest) help me compare the hash values of installers
(and later also of installed executables, if needed)?
