Can anybody beat Aart Bik's computer chess on Android at the level 2 (1
second of thought for computer for each move - which it rarely ever
needs to use up a whole second)?
I have tried it about a hundred times and only a couple of times could
beat it at the end-game. And I'm pretty sure even those two occasions
were just pure chance. And it has 10 levels of difficulty!..
It matters on which Android version you are fighting it. On Android 11 I
cannot beat it, as I said. But on Android 9 about once in every 10 games
I can beat it. So on Android 11 it runs much faster and in one second
can think deeper into possibilities ahead.
If any of you can beat this software at level 2, on an Android 11
smartphone, I'd like to know if you exist! :)
But you could try playing stockfish on lichess. Eight levels are
offered, you could see what level is approximately as strong as the Bik program.
