But more seriously, I don't know offhand of a TV program that is
solely dedicated to teaching gun safety. You can find several on
Youtube by searching "teaching firearm safety". For example:

That's just a sampling. There are plenty more where they came from.

There are several pro-gun TV programs on The Outdoor Channel and
The Sportsman channel that address using firearms responsibly.
I get them on xfinity HD channels 756 and 758. You'll need to
check your own local
listings for channel assignment.
Even hunting and other programs that deal with the subject directly
show people handling their guns responsibly. I'd check these out:

Midway USA Gun Stories
Guns & Ammo TV
Hollywood Weapons
Gunny Time

Keep in mind, the target audience of such programs is already
pretty knowledgeable about gun responsibility, so these are
not "how-to" programs.
