Did this over the weekend. Now that the wife wants to tag along so
often it has become a problem with her getting in the middle of my back, especially with the tall boy seat I have that's back 2" from the stock seat. Kuryakyn sells this for $190. <https://www.kuryakyn.com/products/4605/relocator-kits>

I went with the knock offs on ebay since they had pretty good reviews
and were only around $50. Other than having white zip ties instead of
black, the actual part was very good. Fit perfectly, had a good finish,
and all the holes lined up. Though most people say they do this for
passenger comfort, My motivation was more selfish in nature. Getting
the wife's tummy out of my damn back.

The one thing I found funny was that some of the reviews mentioned not
getting any instructions on install from kuryakyn. The box I received
actually had Kuryakyn's instructions in it! I don't know how they get
away with that. If you're gonna steal someones idea and make their
part, at least print up your own instructions leaving their name off of
    it. These chinese got balls.

I already gave it away, but, basically, a rather large gentleman
came up to him when he was the service manager of a Harley shop. Said
gentleman asked "What's the cheapest way to make this thing go
faster?" His reply: "A case of SlimFast."
