I ain't got a lot (as in zero) experience with the later models , but
I kinda think it might be an injector . Rear cylinder only , plugs in
both cylinders look good . It just misfires randomly . Bike doesn't get
    a lot of miles , and hasn't , it's got less than 7k original miles - BTW
this bike has a DNA trike conversion axle on it . I've added some
seafoam to the tank and let it run long enough to be sure it's reached
the injectors with no change . I'm looking for a start point for a
    diagnostic tree ...
Have a pull on this jug of 'shine while you ponder .

In my eyes adding something to old fuel just makes a larger volume of
stale fuel, best to empty the tank and use the fuel in the mower or something,

Rear cyl only is not fuel though, Do you have a spare crank sensor to
try? Sometimes you can rap on them with a screwdriver handle and make
    them misfire.

I would think a bad cps would affect both cylinders equally ... it's
been sitting a couple of days not with treated fuel in the system , I'll
fire it up tomorrow and see how it runs . BTW , I usually stabil my fuel
when I fill the cans . I might use it all in a month , it might take six
. I use only 92 octane ethanol free in the bikes and small motors . I've
been using a fair amount lately processing firewood . Our new neighbor
cut down quite a few trees to make a clearing , all I have to do is cut
it to length and bring it home to split and stack .
