    Richard (of MOVOY) and I liked to dance, so went out once or twice a

    It seemed so strange at the time. The Doors played a short set, then
    just hung out in a booth or something...while the music reverted to
    recorded music...
    everyone knew they were there, but nobody made a big deal out of it.

    Their music was different...the early songs, as you can see...
    I wondered what was going on...

    It's funny that I read somewhere that John Lennon, of all people, was
    critical of Jim Morrison's excessive drug use...

    But after some thought, I have to wonder if he was referring to the
    drugs having a negative effect while Jim was performing, which certainly
    would be fair to say, as Jim went too far...
