    I checked the LASFS Member List, which may not to be totally complete
    but has all the names we have been able to fin, and it doesn't have anyone named Ed Chamberlain. The only Chamberlain on it is an Ann Chamberlain.

    Having looked at the pics that Lee links to, I think the Fancyclopedia photo is definitely of Ed Chamberlain the LASFS member. I don't *think* that the two people can be the same person; the LASFS Ed looks to be at least 15 or 16 in the 1941 Christmas
    photo, and I don't think the filker Ed was in his 90s when he passed.

    The Ed Chamberlain that I knew was a filker who lived in or near Columbus, Ohio, and who died three or four years ago. The text of the Fancyclopedia article looks accurate for him; my only question is the article's photograph. Although the pic *could* be
    of Ed the filker (who I believe was in his 80s when he passed), that would be a mighty young and possibly pre-fannish photo and I can't tell for sure; it might show the other Ed Chamberlain. I suggest that Mark Olson talk to Christina Chamberlain Kraemer,
    Ed's daughter, to get her opinion about the photograph and to get any additional info about her dad that might be useful for the Fancyclopedia article. The most recent email address that I have for her (from a conversation in 2014) is cchamberlain [at]
    trcil [dot] org; she's also on Facebook.
