    Just like you say that people have the right to decide for themselves what they consider to be rock and roll, then I have the right to decide for myself what I consider to be jazz, folk, or classical music.

    The right to decide does not include insincere or bogus
    considerations.

    Who decides what's insincere or bogus?

    Because all the ones you defended are bogus.
    I meant bogus as in being knowingly fraudulent.

    And you have not addressed 'insincere'.

    You don't get to just keep adding qualifications after someone shows how stupid your statement was.

    So, only if someone is so stupid that you are sincere in thinking that some record is a part of a genre it is not even close to fitting, then it's okay.
