    my interpretation of events:

    there has been an automated response to and for user "Bruce"

    so far, no entity representing Google Groups, human or otherwise,
    has deemed these posts by Bennegui... to be spam for *all* users

    my interpretation of events:

    there has been a dumb *automated* response to and for user "Bruce"
    - perhaps only "Bruce" thinks these posts are spam

    so far, no agent for Google Groups, human or otherwise,
    has investigated and then deemed these posts to be spam for *all* users

    I forgot to add that in Agent you can easily delete posts or move them
    to another Agent folder; and Agent has kill filters that will filter
    out messages with unwanted subjects or authors

    Yes, you would have to do the same as I did. That's why the message says...

    This conversation has been hidden because YOU reported it for abuse. It wouldn't be good for one person to make the thread not visible for everyone else. If this group had a moderator, they could delete the thread I think.
