    Yes that was on the BBC chart. In NME the re-reissued "Reet Petite" reached #1 on January 10 1987 staying there for 3 weeks

    On original UK release "Reet Petite" was on Coral label and debuted on the NME chart at #24 in November 1957.
    It spent 14 weeks on the chart peaking at #6

    In 1983 SMP reissued the song on a three track single. The other tracks were the much later "You Bought About A CHange In Me" and "I'm The One To Do It"

    And of course SMP reissued it again in November 1986
