• Superlatives ?

From Steve Mc@21:1/5 to All on Sun Jun 16 09:07:20 2024
Howlin' Wolf and Bob Dylan came up on my bike ride this morning, one
after the other, and I thought, well, there surely are two, how shall I
    say, unique voices.

Any other contenders ? Or even contenders in a different categories ?

Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, Chuck Berry, Tommy Sands, Ricky Nelson,
Bill Haley, Bo Diddley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Cliff Richard (UK), Brenda
    Lee, Connie Francis ...

Steve, I might be missing something, but I don't understand why
you named your topic "Superlatives ?", rather than simply "Unique
    Voices" ?

I guess it was a bad choice of word, but  guess I was going for like
polar opposites of great voices like, the sublime Tony Williams or Elvis.

Wolf has a great voice. Dylan has a fake voice, as Joni Mitchell said.
