    *Sure that Atco were about to drop him,Bobby Darin jumped ship to
    Brunswick
    and cut “Early In The Morning” (released as by “The Ding Dongs”). However after a sluggish start Darin’s “Splish Splash” on Atco finally took off like a rocket so the Brunswick deal was hastily cancelled. Atco
    then took over the show,re-releasing his “Early In The Morning”--now credited to “The Rinky Dinks”.

    Not to be outdone Brunswick’s sister label rushed Buddy Holly into the
    studio to cover “Early In The Morning”

    Probably like Roger my list would be almost all Crickets, Jackie Wilson, and "Cast Iron Arm."
