Trump at one time bought 77 million barrels for $25/barrel and the media blasted him for not filling it up to the top like he said he would do.
This is hilarious since the capacity is around 714 Million barrels and
Trump, even with having to fight congress for funding managed to get it
to around 640 million barrels. Right now its at about 368 Million since
Joe released so much to try and lower prices for the mid-term elections.
