same as usual only opened with a right click open inn new private window.

Interesting to see the point where the pano froze the movie .
I was a bit disapointed with the resultant pano image, as you could clearly see the waves broken up .

I'd have thought the algorithm for the panos would have been more inteligent but then I've never done a pano,
and only stitched together stills to get a pano.

Quite a bit bigger than a mussel, and rounder.

In New Zealand known as Paua, and I'm sure similar variations in naming
    elsewhere.

I'm sure you will have seen the lustrous shell inners used in jewelery,
    and fret-markers on guitars !

Minced and with onion they make amazing fritters. And the worst farts
    known to man.

Nice: suggest you adjust the yaw gain to be much softer so those turns
don't look so harsh. (Settings in the DJI app on your phone/ipad).

    And ... shoot later!

Beginning in the 1970's, all birds in North America were replaced by
drones made to look and act like birds. By 2004, no real birds are to
be found. They are all drones. They all belong to the government.
They spy on everyone. All of the time. Birds are not real.

Hah! Ditto, but for 14 years. To all those folks who I've heard say, "I'd never retire; I'd get bored", you don't know what you're missing! (And, yes, I really enjoyed my jobs, but I certainly don't miss them.)
You can choose when to take a 'break', pack up the RV/Station Wagon/bike/whatever and go where the mood takes you to get those shots you've dreamed of. Get to know your grandkids better (and be able to return them at the end of the day).

Make the most of it. As has been said, Life isn't a dress rehearsal. :-)

    Cheers,

    office is alien to me.

    Cheers,
Magani (who's about to take their new caravan on a week long shakedown trip.)

    Hi Magani

Just a note to wish you well on your shake-down trip.

I've been retired since 1999 and have spent much of that time, sometimes
for months on end, cruising the British waterways on board my own 60ft narrowboat.

Partly as a result of my wife having survived a major heart-attack
exactly two years ago today, we reluctantly sold our vessel last autumn
and now wonder if we did the right thing!

Getting old is not much fun, but it is far better than the alternative!

Thanks for the good wishes, David. We're planning to go from Brisbane to Sydney, stopping off at beach-side Nat Pks. I applied for flying my drone in one of them (entry must be in 10 days before you plan to fly) but got knocked back. It struck me very
much like, "The answer's no, what was the question?" Very boiler-plate. At least I get a better chance later on this year in our own state where drones are allowed in Nat Pks if you abide by the Civil Aviation Safety rules. It would seem native birds
and other animals react differently between states . :-)

Absolutely! Also, growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional.

The Big Pineapple has been revitalised after being closed for a while, but it's north of Brisbane, so no contact this time. The Big Banana is still going strong at Coff's Harbour. There's also the Big Prawn (AKA 'shrimp' for the North Americans) at
Ballina, but I think the recent floods may have seen that go to the Great Fishing Ground in the Sky. Must check and see. :-(
Nowra to Cairns in the '70s would have been a great adventure! Highway One north of Brisbane is still pretty ordinary.

    Cheers,
    Magani
