More color problems.
Did anyone else ever have issues with the colors when converting
images from avif to jpg format?

Like these images for instance:

In fact, even just opening the avif file in irfanview displays the wrong colors. In Windows photo viewer, the colors look correct, but if I
save the image as a jpg, and open the jpg in irfanview,
the colors look wrong as well.

Again the photoshop-clone webapp photopea.com was able to do a
conversion to jpg while retaining the proper colors, but I'm confused
why this is happening.
