F------ Chinese sellers on Amazon and Ebay; what is their scam?

Scroll down about 1/8th of the page and look at the prices these Chinese sellers are asking for $100 Lensbaby and other cheap lenses. They do this on Amazon as well. It must afford some kind of better positioning, I don't know why those sites allow
this.
