    It's so pathetic. You have to "call them on the phone"and verbally do an order. Which is of course PRONE to inviting errors. What fun! No online templates, f---- all that would be recognized as 21st century ordering process from a "tech" company.

    Yes, they're a skeleton of what they once were. You can't even go to the physical building any more to pick up things.
