Amateur radio's Liberty Net, now using the CQ200 Virtual Ionosphere,
will soon celebrate its 51st anniversary, and is still going strong.
If you'd like to hear recent recordings of the Net, stream the Net, or
chat live in our chat room -- or even be a guest over the air, just
visit our Web site
https://3950.net/ to find out more.
Recent guests have included the writers and publishers Jan Lamprecht
from South Africa and E. Michael Jones from the USA.
Though our core group of participants is in the US, we've had recent
check-ins from Germany, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Canada, and
Lebanon, among others.
Our regular Net Control Station is Steve, KA2PTE. Steve also spearheaded
the recent special event station N1U, on the air to commemorate the
fallen American sailors of the USS Liberty, recordings of which can he
heard on our Web site.
With all good wishes,
Kevin, WB4AIO.
