    We are up on the 12th floor of a building in Santo Domingo. I brought my
    uBITX and managed to check in as baggage a 16-foot crappie fishing pole. I figured I needed to get the 1/2 wave antenna away from the building -- last time I was here I was unable to make any contacts from this location with
    the antenna stretched along the balcony. Last time I was QRP with an SST transceiver. The fishing
