    JARL cancelled again this year's Tokyo Ham Fair due to COVID-19, but,
    unlike ARRL and other societies, JARL did not plan anything in lieu of Ham Fair. Therefore, some radio amateur volunteers formed an executive
    committee and will host 'Virtual Ham Festa 2021' on November 13, 2021
