I think this park will not open on time, if at all! Did everyone read the press release? They're expecting almost 5 million guests a season, but it will NOT happen unless they really are building a 2 billion dollar park and it's good, even then very
doubtful. Even every large theme park, other than Disney and Universal does not get that kind of attendance, not even close. Plus even DCA and IoA got under that in the beginning several seasons. Unless this place is under construction now, there is
zero chance of opening in 2026. They are claiming RV park and other stuff first, all I can say is good luck, but don't keep your fingers crossed.
